Doug & Amy Harris

Our Lead Pastors since October 2015

Pastor Doug & Amy came from Avilla, Indiana where they were Youth and Children's Pastors for over 2 years before becoming the Lead Pastors there for 7 more years. They stepped down in September of 2015, turning the church over to their son, Rev. Josh Detro. 

The Lord then led them to Cambridge City.

Amy works at the local Y-Care center located inside Western Wayne Elementary. She has completed her first year of studies at the Indiana School of Ministry and serves as our Women's Ministry Leader and as a teacher for Children's Church.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Pastor Doug is active in the Western Wayne Ministerial Group as Treasurer, member of the Cambridge City Kiwanis, Board Chairman for Child Evangelism Fellowship of East Central Indiana, and Treasurer for BSA Troop 6. He has been a Minister with the Assemblies of God since 2007 and was Ordained in 2012.

The Harris' have 7 grown children, and 14 grandchildren, living in Indiana and Michigan.

Michael & Jodi Austin

Our Worship Pastors since 2021

Michael and Jodi joined our church in the fall of 2020. Michael, had led worship at another church that shut down during covid-19. After a few months as members, the Austin's joined the worship team and Michael became our  worship leader. They are both currently attending the Indiana District School of Ministry, seeking to become credentialed ministers with the Assemblies of God. They also recently completed the Worship Ministry Track at the School of Ministry.

Jodi is a Licensed Massage Therapist, working at Total Body Health in Richmond, Indiana. She is also a teacher for Children's Church.

Michael works as a Department Manager for Merchants Bank of Richmond. He is also serving as Associate Pastor of the church.

The Austin's are the proud parents of 5 children and 1 grandchild (so far).
